Normally I avoid this shop as whenever I enter the staff are either rude or completely ignorant. There was an issue where I walked into the store with my family and had an altercation with a young lady who was contacted by a man on the headset as I picked up an energy drink. I normally have a very good experience with coop on the High Road but unfortunately the older lady serving today was actually quite rude. Saw me queuing up waiting to pay and continued chatting to her friend after they had paid and didn't acknowledge me at all until her conversation was finished. No manners at all.
