No ability to directly place an order online, only ask for a quotation which they will get back to you with. Did this and still no reply after waiting 24hrs of which they were open. Will not be wasting my time using them again.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced.Asked for help in what I would require to carry out a job. I knew roughly what I would need but wanted some help making sure I had the correct things.Pretty much got laughed at and told we are just here to give you the prices the rest is up to you.So I asked if I over ordered could I return it and the answer was no that's your problem!!!Least helpful person I have spoken to you may want to look into how your staff deal with customers!!!
