There are very rude staff inside and racist behavior is exhibited. The website shows the closing time as 18:00 but they claim it is 17:30 and they say I am wrong. I don't think so.

Decent store, used it for click and collect and at other times. Bit pricier than some shops, but then it's Smith's, it's dependable. Always consistent.

The government needs to crackdown on WHSmith- everything is marked up 20-30% more than other similar businesses/ isn’t there a governing body that monitors this kind of behaviour to protect the consumer/ it needs to be looked into- it would make a good documentary not to mention the walking dead that seem to work in this... read full comment
