Great environment, hard solid work made easy by the friendly attitude of everyone. Progress and goals are always right in front of you, which is a great way to keep motivation high. I would certainly recommend it to everyone.

Have been signed up with Steve for nearly 1 year and it really has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. He spent the time at the start to understand my situation, what my current training was like, as well my lifestyle and the goals I had.
The really clever thing about the way Steve designed my programme and suggested what changes I made to diet etc, never made me feel like I was giving up things I liked and it was all very manageable, which i found key to making me stick long term to the plan.
In the last year, Iv lost over 10kg, Iv smashed 5k and half marathon running time PBs, Iv lifted heavier than ever before and feel the healthiest and happiest Iv been in years.
The whole way the programme is structured and how the app works for it all, makes it all very simple to follow and manageable. If anyone is thinking about making a positive healthy change to their lifestyle, I can?t recommend highly enough Steve and Wolf Fitness

WOLF is more than just a gym, it's classes give you a balanced workout and take the thinking out of your training. Before WOLF I was struggling with niggles in my body. Now in my early 50s I'm feeling stronger than I ever had. Oh also the fat falls off you too. Both Steve and Tom are great and give you the support and guidance you need for a new you. The crew that workout are all smashing blokes, that also encourage you to reach your goals. I only wished I found it sooner. If your reading this and thinking of joining, stop thinking and JOIN, that's the hardest part. Steve and Tom got you.

I've been in and out of gyms all my life but after having a knee replacement last year and being shocked how much muscle i lost in a such a short space of time i decided i needed to rebuild my training program.
i contacted Steve who gave me complete confidence to start a new training program to help rebuild my ageing body , as the oldest member of Wolf i can honestly say it been the best gym experience of my life , all the guys are really welcoming and friendly with loads of banter and piss taking [ a lot about my age unfortunately ]
i would highly recommend the gym and its trainers Steve & Tom. They are totally professional in the way they train and manage people of all ages to achieve their strength /fitness goals.
Along with the community of members they are building and my 4 sessions a week its become a thoroughly enjoyable part of my.
life.

I joined way of life fitness back in November 2023. I had got myself into a rut and was very overweight. I saw way of life fitness and decided to enquire. Steve was amazing explaining how he runs his gym and all the help you get with the nutrition side of it. I joined up and instantly was hooked. The atmosphere in the gym is brilliant and everyone is so supportive and helpful. It?s like a family. With Steve and Toms help in the gym and their help with my diet, I managed to lose 15kg in time for my wedding in April. They have both helped give me so much confidence with both the gym and the food side of it. If you are worried about joining a gym like I was, talk to Steve and join the Wolfpack. I promise you won?t be disappointed.

Steve made contact and discussed my current condition, lifestyle and goals and quickly set me up on his easy to use app.
Steve's check ins and feedback were really positive and consistent and have kept me accountable and feeling stronger and looking better than I have in years.

I joined Wolf Fitness in October 22, I was 99kg and classed as obese and I was fairly unfit. During my life I had been to gyms on and off, though didn?t achieve any results; it was just a form of exercise.
Last October I decided I wanted to loose weight and get fit. I was 40 and had been over weight all of my adult life and decided that this needed to change. I have two young boys and I wanted to be a fitter, healthier Dad & Husband and to not be embarrassed by my body.
As soon as I started at Wolf Fitness I knew I had found a place where I could finally get the results I had longed for, but had never achieved, I had always fallen off the wagon whether at a gym or on diet plans.
When I started we agreed weight loss and exercise goals and within a couple of weeks I?d lost 3kg and became significantly fitter, furthermore I was really enjoying the programme and the sessions. The session are with up to 10 other guys all looking to achieve their own goals, there?s good camaraderie between us all. It?s easy to fit the sessions into my busy life because sessions are booked via an app, and are scheduled at times that fit in with work.
By Christmas I was 91kg and I was feeling great, but it?s now June and I?m 85kg, I?d like to loose a couple more kg then focus on toning up even more. I have muscle definition, I?m pulling & pushing weights I would have never thought possible and I feel like a new man. I have lost weight in a health way and I?m completely confident that I can now manage my weight, if I have a blow out or an unhealthy week I now have the knowledge and will power to deal with that and maintain my weight.
My 8 month journey with Wolf Fitness has been really enjoyable, I look forward to the sessions and I hate having to miss any, I?m chuffed with my results but I?m not done yet - I?m looking forward to going even further. In August I?m having a professional photo shoot arranged by Wolf Fitness, this will be a major milestone for me and has proved to be more motivation for me to get into even better shape. 12 months ago if I had to take my shirt off in a room with other guys I would dreaded it?if I was asked to pose with my shirt off in front of a camera for a professional photo shoot I would have run a mile (or tried to), now look what I?m doing! All thanks to Wolf Fitness, I cant thank Steve & Tom enough!

Highly recommend Wolf, Steve and Tom are great PTs keeping everyone motivated and getting results, but the real key is friendly no ego atmosphere.
Doesn?t matter what your level, age, target, how long you have been coming everyone is encouraging and helpful, makes it fun.

I've been working with Steve and Tom since February and it has been great. I ended up at 18 stone after the lockdowns and struggled to turn things around.
Since joining I've lost over 2 stone and got a lot fitter and stronger, fitting into clothes I hadn't done in years and feeling a lot better in myself as a result. They've also helped me to be consistent in managing my diet which I have always struggled with, but now will be able to maintain long term so I don't fall off the wagon.
Every session has good variety and is structured in a way that will help you to progress whether you're a beginner or have had some gym experience. Everyone is really welcoming and a good laugh which makes you look forward to upcoming sessions, whereas at regular gyms it's easy to fall into the trap of dreading going, not making progress, putting it off etc and then ending up not bothering at all. Can't recommend the boys highly enough!

The best training environment that I?ve ever experienced! Steve and Tom adapt the sessions to the individual and really make sure that progress is measured and continuously tracked. The whole WOLF environment is fantastic and everyone is really supportive no matter what your level of fitness is!
