Rude - today I chose a lovely neckless got to the till to pay (bank card out) and they said ?we are not selling it to you? I was shocked and asked why? apparently they priced it up wrong. It was abruptly said. It would have been nice if they had honoured the sale. They said they are taking it off shop floor. It was the way it was handled with, no apology.I would not recommend this shop!

Incredibly rude owner. Confronted us whilst we were waiting for our young daughter to have a haircut next door (as we were complying by their COVID guidelines). She told us we weren?t ?helping or complementing her window display? in a very condescending tone. I used to shop here ? they?ve instantly lost a customer.
