Young brunette boy rudely snatched my drink out of my hand when I attempted to scan it on the self checkout. Unfortunately didn?t catch his name, but will be back often to discover his name and report it to manager. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the youngster.

Staff walk around like their lost. Tatty store. Same products all the time. Out of date products on the shelf! Double check the use by dates especially on their meat which has caught me out several times which has either gone off the day before or on the day. Wasted money. Overall, disappointing. In recent years store has got worse.

Medium sized supermarket with an on site cafe. Has everything you would expect from a decent size supermarket. Not the biggest range of ingredients compared to city stores, but what you need is normally available and reasonably priced.

On a whole a good store. Sometimes can be a bit grubby and overall quality isn't quite that of Waitrose but staff have always been friendly and I've had no issues here. Decent range for a smaller / non-extra store.

Irene needs a refresher course in customer service. She has a very unfriendly and rude demeanour. She is completely discriminatory towards young mothers. I'm fine with being ID'd but she accused my baby in my buggy as not being mine and to stop moaning when I told her how that was a horrible and rude thing to say. It has made me extremely anxious and beside myself coming to my local shop.
I think she is in need of a refresher course.

Absolutely incredible experience, beautiful cheese counter, simply spectacular, I would recommend they ban the average plebs searching for their strongbow and such, and only allow the most well respected pillars of Saffronwalden community would be preferable so I didn't encounter plebs like Mr Perry who Is a regular pleb.

I need to buy food for charitable christmas hampers. Tesco advised I would need to make a bulk order in store to be collected at another store, and to give them a couple if days. When I went in store, as advised, they refused to take any order, and helpfully treated me like an idiot or liar, not sure which. Called Tesco again, to be told the same, referred to customer services who said I was advised incorrectly, twice! They wouldn't be able to help, even when I explained what I was doing. I asked to make a complaint, when I asked when I would have a complaints response outcome, was told I wouldn't as it was confidential, she was passing on their apologies. Absolutely atrocious.
