I've put a couple of orders through TC Fixings after finding them online. Both were delivered quickly and correct.After realising I'd ordered the wrong part (my fault entirely), I contacted TC Fixings and spoke to Mark on the phone. He was very courteous and assured me TC Fixings would refund me for the parts once they'd received them. He even sent me a DPD return label to help with the process.Fantastic customer service.I'll definitely be using TC Fixings again in the future.

Excellent service. I unfortunately ordered mirror fixing caps and screws that were not compatible, and rather than just processing the order they called me and rectified the error I had made, saving me time and money. Unusual these days to find people who care sufficiently like TC Fixings obviously do. Strongly recommend.

Really friendly. I'm a bit a a DIY numpty but they sorted me out with what I needed to put up my shelves, screws, plugs, drill bit came to a little over 6 pounds. Recommend over generic DIY stores.

Probably the best for fixingsThe armour rings were the best price and also the postage was the best compared to the other retailers. Items arrived after 5 days of ordering them even though they did not have them in stock at the time of order. Good packaging with tracking number. High quality stainless steel product.Will definitely use them again.

I was shocked to read some of the reviews for TC Fixings. We have been a customer of them for a number of years and I have NEVER found the staff to be anything other than amazing. If there's something that we need that they don't have on the shelf they will always go out of the way to find it and order it in. That being said they have such a vast amount of stock in that it is quite rare for this to be needed! They are in my honest opinion the best company locally for anything they sell and I have never had any problems. You won't pay internet prices for the items, but they are a local company with overheads so that is to be expected. They are still the most competitive locally though!Keep up the excellent work guys!

Recently purchased 250mm stainless Steel timco fixings,very expensive when using them 1 snapped and the other one bent really poor quality. So decided not to use anymore, complained, eventually got refund and said they would test product and let me know and no surprise they didn't bother.Have phoned a few times today to speak to owner and was told he was dealing with another customer and would ring back .Two phone calls later same response ,poor customer service, poor products .Also funny how you can take the time to reply to my review but was always to busy to speak to a dissatisfied customer .NOT GOOD SERVICE.

Rude - unhelpful- arrogant- obviously doesn't want to help women- would never recommend to my friends in the trade - never been treated so badly by anyone!!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE ! training needs to be explained to the person who served me !!

I purchased 150mm structural screws. Did a google search and found this company. Anyway, not many reviews on google but trust pilot had quite a number. Ordered online, arrived on time and as described. I?m a bit of an old fart so don?t particularly like using the internet to purchase items. However, no problems ?

Tried to purchase items online. System forced me to request a quote. Quote was created and no response. Emailed sales team, no response.From reviews it looks like in store shopping is great. I wouldn't even bother with their online sales dept. at all.UPDATE: 08/19/2019 - After seeing the supplier's immediate response to my Google review I reached out to them as recommended. No response back. To me it seems like they are just trying to save face on their Google review but never had intention of helping me. I stand by my original review.

I found this place online after searching for somewhere that sold snap toggles individually (I kept finding them in very expensive packs of many when I only needed two and a spare just in case of mistakes). The order arrived quickly, and the delivery was, in my opinion, a reasonable price. I hadn't used snap toggles before, and realised I'd picked the wrong length of screws/bolts. I contacted customer service to arrange a return, and the customer service rep (his name was Mark) was so helpful and kind in sorting me out. I got the right screws in the end and was able to put up my shelf (the one in the middle) today. Thank you so much for all your help with everything, I'm glad I discovered this website and will be back when I have more DIY projects to sort out :)
