I had my eyes tested recently...the lady who did it was excellent. I was not impressed with the help to choose glasses I got though.. I think
I must have been invisible?! Even 3 gentleman (one of whom was choosing 3 pairs glasses) with the help of his 2 friends were asked if they needed help! Two ladies came in the store after me...both choosing glasses & both offered help. I had to ask for help in the end. I was in the store for 2 hours! I will be buying my glasses from elsewhere. Please, if you see someone on their own clearly struggling, holding a few pairs of glasses & trying to take photos, ask them if they would like help! I do find it difficult to choose glasses, especially as I'm very shortsighted, so would have appreciated the offer of some help.

I recently ordered a pair of glasses from this store, but unfortunately, there was some confusion with my order. I was told I had ordered two pairs of glasses when I only requested one. The second pair is identical to a pair I bought two years ago, which added to the confusion.
I tried to explain the issue to the staff on Sunday, and the manager assured me that everything was resolved. However, on Tuesday, my mother received a call asking if I had indeed ordered two pairs of glasses. This repeated miscommunication left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

I ordered contact lens over the phone over a week and been waiting for a while. No message or phone call to notify when the lens are ready to pick up. When phoned today, the lady seemed to be difficult to deal with and she shocked me that ?are you sure you ordered here as I don?t have your order?!!! Omg!!! I m very sure as you took my money and it clearly showed on the statement!!! Unreliable

I broke my frame and wanted to have these verifocal lenses used into a new frame. From reception to the final solution everyone was courteously helpful, including in the choice of the frame which they generously discounted. I felt that they do really try their best to look after their customers needs best they can. Thank you all the Team in Saffron Walden.

Awful telephone experience today. Phoned to check if my new glasses lenses were ready for fitting as heard nothing. I explained this to the person that answered the phone who refused to give me her name. She said wait I?ll check , she returned to advise yes they are in. I asked why no one had phoned me to which she replied I don?t know. I informed her she was being rude and I wanted her name which she refused to give. She would not put me through to anyone else. Then put the phone down on me. I am furious as I am a very polite person and do not appreciate or expect rudeness. Will make a formal complaint when I take my glasses in to have new lenses fitted. Overall awful experience, I am not someone who gets offended easily , so for me to take time to post this gives you an idea of how rude she was
