If you get your lunch rolls or baguettes from Dorringtons close by, stop immediately. The meal deal here with the fresh folks etc is far cheaper and far superior in flavour and quality. They also have many other niche products.

I do not recommend the shop if you have allergies or coeliac disease,you can not read the labels when the application does not work now and they treat you as thief.

Very good local shop and convenient to pick and return items for the Evri service. Great selection of fresh produce, with also home essentials not a lot but good enough if you run out of supplies.

A very good local independent supermarket that sells all the essentials and high quality fruits, vegetables and meat. The staff are also very friendly and helpful, especially the ones in the food to go section.

A great local convenience!A fantastic selection of fresh produce, hot food, bread, household items.When the big supermarkets are struggling with stock it always seems available here, from hens eggs to Easter eggs, ketchup to tomatoes, toilet rolls - you name it.And sometimes the prices have even be better than Tesco?s!Also, Newport Stores opening times are incredible. For Andy and Beverley to give up so much of their time (including Christmas and Easter) for the community to have a service like this is very generous.

Nice little shop and good customer service

Rude and dismissive.I was pleased to find that there was a local store to return HERMES parcels, that was until I turned up. I was in the queue, when , Andy - I think that's what someone called him, turned up grudgingly to help at the counter. Having served the woman in front of me, and seeing I had a parcel in my hand and not a baguette, he invited the people behind me to come in front as 'SHOP CUSTOMERS COME FIRST', as he put it. If Andy, you don't want HERMES custom then don't offer the service. Made to feel second class I won't use the store again.
