Overpriced, teens can't make a cuppa
Vegetarian options: Veggy option is just a normal meal minus meat. It's as basic as you can get. No effort put into the menu ?

I came to Saffron Walden having travelled down from Shropshire and went for lunch at Mocha with family on Saturday. While half my family received their meals in a timely way, 3 if us were not served at all. After having watched the others eat at the table, after about 45 minutes I went to ask. I was abruptly told by a young girl behind the counter that they hadn't even started cooking it and that it wasn't her fault as it's up to the people cooking it. No apology from her, no customer service at all. I asked for a refund. She refunded the food but not the drinks that we'd had (that we'd bought to eat with our food that hadn't arrived!). Absolutely abysmal service. Me and my family will definitely never visit there again. It was disgraceful.

Ordered food, waited for an hour. When we asked about how much longer it would be we found out the food order had been forgotten.
Shockingly, there was no apology, no understanding and no customer service skills shown. We asked for our money back and at this point you would expect some reaction to compensate for the long wait and disappointment. No instead you're told it wasn't there fault and still charge for the drinks.
Needless to say they have lost our custom and the custom of others in our family group.
A real shame because it could have been handled and dealt with in a much more friendly manner that would have avoided a negative review and loss of business.

Their thick chocolate milkshakes are absolutely delicious, specifically the thick chocolate milkshakes. It tastes so nice! I definitely recommend!
Parking: There is a free of charge parking bay outside the library & it?s a 5 minutes walk from here.

This is an absolute gem of a place, I found it whilst exploring Saffron Walden afew days ago and now I'm hooked! I had a breakfast there Saturday and a Sunday roast there Sunday.... the lovely young lady on front of house was amazing, she had a beautiful smile and was so so welcoming, the other young lady made my milkshake to total perfection, service was swift and the meals so fresh and tasty and more importantly served hot, the restaurant was beautifully clean and all menus were clear on both what all meals where and their price so no confusion, in all I'd say after many years myself working in hospitality and the restaurant business myself this establishment scored 10000/10000 for me, whatever your doing guys keep doing it xxxxxxxxx
