The staff member I spoke to was really knowledgeable about all of the products, he explained the ingredients and benefits of each product to me to help find which would work best for me, as well as showing me customer reviews. Unfortunately I didn?t check his name tag :(

Good variety of healthcare products at good prices. Good location right in the market Square but be aware there is no parking or car access on market days (Saturdays and Tuesdays)

Staff member Adam was a lovely mannered and knowledgeable person. I collected an on line order and also purchased other items that I required. Adam gave me great knowledge and advice to which product would be better for my individual need. Thank you, will certainly go back to this ship.

The five stars are for the range of products and helpful staff. I hope however that the those in charge will be able to arrange access for the disabled. I am not speaking for myself (not being disabled) but for those who encounter these problems on a daily basis!

I am most unhappy with the new Saffron Walden store. Its great that it has a wider range, fresh new look etc. What i am most displeased with is the three steps towards the end of the store. These could have been removed during the rebuild, now you have a part of the store that wheelchair users can not view and those with mobility problems have problems using. I know the staff will fetch what you want but disabled people like to view the full range of an item before buying. I thought there were rules about disability access in 2017.
