Bought an integrated washing machine to replace my washer/drying that had packed up.I explained that mine was a Neff machine and needed to be the same size as the one I already had. The sales assistant spoke about a blomberg machine which was very popular because of its 5 year warranty. The first thing I asked was about the size as I was concerned it maybe different to the one I already had. He appeared to look it up on his computer and said it was as all integrated ones were a standard size.No brainer it was the same size cheaper and with 5 year warranty. WRONG. Different size so door to cabinet had to be adjusted and now doesn't fit as well as before. It is less then 2 weeks old and has already moved within the cabinet and it is leaking. No complaints about the service so far just waiting to see what the outcome will be as I have asked for replacement Neff machine and cabinet door if possible.Beware of sales pitch as on commission for selling that make of machine.

Would highly recommend Goddards in Saffron Walden. Once again I was extremely satisfied with the range of products they have. I recently purchased a double oven and it was delivered and fitted with great expertise. Thank you for your great customer service and will definitely use again.

I would thoroughly recommend Goddards a very professional company. Staff very polite & courteous always ontime.... nothing ever seems to be to much for them... considering we live in an old cottage with no straight walls they've done an amazing job fitting our new kitchen. Bruce and his team at Goddards are fantastic! They fitted the stove and carried out all associated works with great professionalism and courtesy. As well as this, the after care and advice on the stove was top notch! Highly recommended! 11/10

Just managed to purchase the Bosch Tumble Dryer I wanted when all the "Big Boys" were showing out of stock!. First time I have used Goddard's and well and truly impressed, excellent service from the Goddard team, very quick delivery - purchased Saturday afternoon and delivered Monday morning. And the Bosch dryer is amazing too!, so much better than the previous "Hoover" one. You have definitely made a Goddard's shopper out of me. Thank you.

Excellent product knowledge across a range of vacuum cleaners communicated in simple English. We bought at same price as John Lewis. The chaps in Goddards are always helpful and friendly. First Class service.

Everything was excellent from first phone call enquiry to delivery. Knowledgeable helpful people, delivery men obviously experienced also very polite and helpful. Fridge freezer is great ,good price and delivered in 3 working days in a lockdown!!! Shop local, it's a no brainer. Thank you all at Goddard's.

Excellent prices and customer service. Delivered the washing machine when they said they would. They installed it and did a test wash before leaving. Support your local high street and they will support you if my experience with Goddards is anything to go by.
