I would give them -5 if I could. This place is an absolute joke!!!!!! The payment was taken but the order hasn't been placed. Customer service is shocking!!! Very unhelpful and lack of care! I woll never order from them again and would not reccomend to anyone !!!

Haven?t ordered in a very long time because of previous experience. Thought we?d give it a go again ? never again! Although delivery was on time, pizza was cold and seemed uncooked. Even after 10 minutes in the oven, it was not hot! Won?t order again.

They've messed up my last 3 orders. Two with wrong/missing items and one with a constantly changing order time (took over an hour for delivery)no one answers the phone either. Had to call 4 times and they only answered on the 5th from a different phone.

Ordered a pizza and it took more than an hour to deliver... and followed tracking and even though it said it on the way, did not deliver for another 45 minutes. I mean you can't even deliver within short distance.. had cold sides and pizza... will not be ordering again.

Walked in and waited 10 minutes before anyone came to talk to me and take my order. When someone finally did, he just shouted a name at me (and it happened to be my name) and then tried to give me someone else's food. When I said I hadn't ordered and I was waiting, he just walked off and never came back. Another few minutes passed, so we walked out and went to a different pizza place that was cheaper and better quality pizza.

Ordered online for delivery to home. When the motorcycle delivery boy arrived, he handed the food over. On checking it, I saw it was missing the ice cream. Spotty said "I don't know anything about that - I just deliver it". Anyway, he must have said something because he returned 10 minutes later with the ice cream. F.Y.I. It is YOUR responsibility to check to make sure you have been given the full order before zooming off. You could have saved yourself some time.

Ordered pizza, and it came back with what looked like a crater - clearly not quality checked. I sent it back and received another one that was thin and crispy. Not what I ordered. Payed £20 for a pizza that clearly wasn?t worth £20. Especially because they don?t do a thin and crispy base, the only base that is supplied here is a thick crust so I have definitely been scammed. I?ve had wafers thicker than the pizza! And this isn?t the first time. Every time I order from this dominoes there is always a problem.Save yourself and don?t order from here.

Tried fully loaded fries. What a waste of money. Nothing luke whats advertised. Do not bother. Unloaded fries more like an unloaded mess. They should be done for false advertising.
