The service is completely unacceptable ordered and ice latte to be told I order a latte i kindly corrected the batista i don't do hot drinks so I wouldn't of order a hot one i was then met with filthy looks up and down to then be given the most perfetic excuse for a ice latte that went straight in the bin never go to that branch again

Why all the bad reviews just makes me wonder. First time visiting to the area and popped in for lunch. Been in many costa's, and some has been better than others. Everyone has their own opinion, but on this occasion, great service and will definitely come back ?

Service was pretty shocking. I very rarely rate things this low but it?s rightfully deserved. Looking at other reviews I don?t think I?m on my own here.
My latte was given to me and the ingredients poured what seemed like over the glass rather than in it. No small plate, no spoon, no napkin.
I don?t blame the staff - I blame the leadership. It feels like they?ve been given broad strokes on what to do and they are just winging it.

Today I bought a mocha and expresso coffee.The mocca was awful,it did not have this rich mocca taste but simply lukewarm milk with a spoon of chocolate.It was not hot at all.
The coffee machine was dirty and the working surface next to the cashier desk was stained from spilled coffee.Maybe it was accidental but not happy with the experience.
I like the other Costa next to Aldi more than that one.

dirty, messy shop, cleanliness and health & safety clearly an issue. staff disinterested, chat away and ignore customers. not great coffee/food quality, there are so many better establishments within yards of this shop.

Ordered coconut hot chocolate.The lady making the drink pulled a big jug from underneath the cups and started to pour.Awful, I did ask another lady who said the drinks should be made fresh. She then proceeded to make me the right drink!!

Messy store, one of the staff that regularly makes the coffee?s is really sloppy and messy, and hygiene is below standards. Their work efficiency is less than satisfactory. They also overfill the coffee cups so you end up spilling your takeaway cup. The sweetener stand is always unhygienic. The lid in the image attached shows how overfilled it is.
