To be fair theyre polite to you once they get to know you otherwise they dont even bother to greet you back not even thinking of being greeted by them when you enter their premises...not talking about all their staff thou..

Very rude and insisted I showed them inside my wallet to prove I had money to pay for a bet before they would put a bet on. Even though I had put 3 bets on that same day using my card. And when I questioned them about it I was barred from the shop.
