Now I know what your thinking.Hmmm this person is just a bitter ex-employee. But this is not the case at all. I have never worked for them. However a friend of mine did. She was in the unfortunate position of needing time to take care of her child. When she asked for a couple of days she was told that she could not. And if she did she would be given a warning. Now I can understand if she had done this on other occaisions and was pushing her luck, but this was the first time. In the end she had to leave because there was no other person to look after her child for the couple of days she needed and the BHF did not care enough as an employer. Shame on them.”
