Just came in with my two kids - we had lots of bags and a buggy.It was busy but I was greeted with a smile and the door being opened for me. Even though there were many people the team were very good at communicating and had us sized, served and leaving happy!!We managed to get a great deal on sale and left with shoes for my self! Which never happens ?? We?ll be back again!!Ps. Loved that my kids got a sticker at the till - kept them happy while mummy shopped.

It's OK but pretty small which means limited selection. Many occasions they have to order in the items as they don't have them in stock. Staff have always been very friendly. It can get quite busy especially in the kids section.
