The team were all amazing, helpful and very welcoming. The optician was very thorough and explained all the scans and went through his recommendations. The team then went through all my options for glasses and helped me picked. Will definitely be back to pick up my glasses and in year to have my next eye test.

Staff are friendly and professional. I was seen very promptly and, as a disabled customer, l was helped when needed. The glasses choice is good and the staff are knowledgeable about the frames and lenses.

I always receive excellent service at the Saffron Walden Boots Opticians. From the greeting upon arrival to the most thorough care of my eyes. I have seen several different opticians there, all have the same aim: to ensure my eyes are healthy and that I have the best prescription as my eyes change. Thanks to everyone there.

Awful. Half the time pick up the phone and drop it. If you get through, they prentend there is no opticians in for whole days. Staff lie repeatedly.

Sharfana was excellent with her customer service. Polite, welcoming and professional. Sharfana clearly demonstrated that she was both knowledgable and dexterous with her repair skills, going entirely beyond expectation to assist me and repair my loupes. I only popped by on the off chance and now I can use my number one tool again!
What a lovely team Sharron and Sharfana make. They are an asset to the Saffron Walden Branch.
