It is with profound disappointment that I write this review of Buffalo Joe's, a place that once held a respectable spot on our university campus but has now become an establishment to be avoided at all costs. The recent change to their beef patty recipe is nothing short of appalling. What was once a passable, if unremarkable, burger has now been replaced by something that tastes unmistakably processed and frozen, a far cry from the fresh quality one would hope to find. It is a culinary descent that has taken their offerings from subpar to outright repulsive.
The service, regrettably, remains as sluggish as ever, exacerbated by an unprofessional staff whose lack of efficiency only adds to the growing list of grievances. One would expect that a place situated in the heart of a bustling university campus would understand the value of prompt, courteous service. Instead, Buffalo Joe's seems content with slow, indifferent, and uninspired service that does nothing to redeem the overall experience.
For anyone who values their health and dining satisfaction, my advice is clear: steer well clear of this establishment. It is a disgrace that such a place continues to operate within our community. Save your time, money, and well-being by choosing a different venue for your next meal. Buffalo Joe's has unfortunately lost its way, and I can only hope they take swift and drastic measures to address these glaring shortcomings.

I have eaten here during the summer, I don't know if it is the same as during the course. Low quality food. A little dirty place. It has a terrace. They serve American food.

Firstly, the £2 menu is not served as per the website. Secondly, the food was pathetic. The place was burning hot with no air conditioning. The food tasted as if it was stale. The cheese was hard and clustered. The food tasted so so bad.

Had to wait for more than 20 minutes to have my order, although there were only 10 people. And the orders after mine got to be served before mine!

I ordered chicken and chips but got it after 30 minutes and fries were cold and soggy. Many people ordered same food after me got their food earlier . I have noticed this racism before also here . University should change the management of this restaurant.
