There not half as efficient as they use to be years ago as my elderly mum is always having to phone them up to chase my dads repeat prescriptions and theyve always got an excuse mainly there not in stock atm and had to order them in. Even a simple prescription of co codamol my dad was waiting 2 weeks to get it. Hence why i go to the rochford square chemist myself but my mums reluctant to move as shes been there years and years.

My name is Foteini Galeraki and my order was dispatched on the 2nd of March.
Tomorrow will be one week since my medication was dispatched and I?ve run out 2 days now that had a big negative effect on my health and I am telling you that you are responsible for that and I need to make a formal complaint about the delay of my medication which is really important.

Been coming here for 30 years and Mr Patel is the most helpful, knowledgeable pharmacist I have ever known. He goes the extra mile to make sure your tablets are agreeing with you and always remembers what your taking, your family etc. I think he knows more about my health than the doctors as I never seem to see the same one twice these days

I have used this pharmacy it seems for ever.They are always helpful and courteous and prompt with my prescriptions. Mr. Patel is very obliging and knowledgable. We are very lucky to have him and his staff.

Prescription always ready on time. Most of the staff are very nice. Not too keen on the older counter assistant with short white hair, made me feel like an inconvenience when I ask for my prescription. Maybe she was having a bad day!
