Arrived at 10.40 for staff to tell me they are closing and wouldn't let me in. They dont close until 11pm. Normally they shut fridges and block Isles before 11pm which makes it difficult, but this time they stop you coming in 20 mins before closing time. Clearly they don't want to be there and should amment their published opening times.

Rude staff when closing the shop around 10:55pm...He behave like an idiot..if you close then tell us you closed punching and kicking the cages indicates the rude behavior... absolutely disappointed....

Was attacked by manager and worker me and my mrs with the baby. As i had no mask on. Trying tell him had card say didnt have to wear one his name lewis green. His co worker called me c..t . Ripped basket from my mrs. Cutting her arm and hand basket nearly hitting baby in the face. When my mrs had mask on. His co worker she attacked my mrs as well. Top it all we were banned. Been going this shop over 15 years. No problems. Horrable place never take baby in there ever again.
