The Rochford Betfred managed by Ahmed is such a welcoming and friendly place. The staff are super friendly and engaging. As well as placing my bets, I see it as a social hub to have conversations with excellent staff members. Pity I don?t win enough though. It must remain as part of the Rochford community and the staff are a credit to Betfred. The only thing that lets it down is the dreadful carpet and toilets. This is down to Betfred to sort out. It is long overdue and lets the staff and customers down. In addition, I suggest a coffee machine would be beneficial. All those improvements would encourage more customers in the shop and for them to stay longer.

Me and my husband Ben use Rochford shop most weekends ,Ahmed and his team are very friendly and helpful,couldn't recommend abetter place to win or lose your money,keep up the good work Ahmed,Brett and newbie Arsenal supporter Liam

I spent hundreds in this place and never received a win larger then £40. I just sunk £120 in the machine and only got 1 feature 15 wins x 3 multiplier and £3 win so £120 and biggest win was £3 this time!!! Machines must be rigged to gain money back, if I decide to have a gamble going to ladbrookes now better win rates.
