The team here are fantastic! I had previously visited this store for my own eye test last year and thought they were very thorough. Today I visited with my youngest son after a prolonged period of complaints of headaches at school and when on screens. The whole team were so welcoming, friendly and very good with my 9 year old. I don?t think we could have been looked after by a more friendly and thorough team. The ophthalmologist that we saw found quite a considerable scar on one eyeball, thankfully over the Iris. During the screening it was apparent that my son does require glasses for school, reading and when using screens, but they did not make it a scary prospect, instead my son came out feeling it was such a positive thing. When it came to choosing glasses the lady who helped us was very patient and took her time to check that we were selecting the correct size. My son has just said to me that he can?t wait to get his new glasses! I am hoping that with his new glasses the headaches will disappear and he will be able to make improvements in his school work, where some things were ?what he can now see? blurry for him but he knew no different. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

I had an absolutely wonderful appointment today at Vision Direct. Charlotte and Jennifer were fantastic as was the Optician. Everyone was so helpful with my 1 year old and kept her happy and jolly. It really was the best experience I?ve had at an optician. I wasn?t kept waiting long and the appointment wasn?t long or drawn out how they often feel. It meant I didn?t need to get anxious or stressed about my daughter making noise, the optician was brilliant. She was even able to sit on my lap whilst he examined my eyes. Highly recommended and thank-you once again to everyone who helped me today.
