Recently visited for eye test and glasses, yetunde was fantastic and so professional, Jenny not so much, pushy and only interested in the sale, also the optician was not friendly and I felt like I was a bother would think twice about taking my business to Specsavers in future!

Very pleased with new glasses also. Best bit was I left my other frames to be reglazed.i had only had them a year.frames cost alot of money at time didn't want to part with them fortunately their was able to use them so very pleased as my husband brought them for me last year after he was recovering from cancer so very sentimental to me all in all found staff etc very helpful

I?m so sorry to have to leave this review but it needs to be sorted. I went to collect my glasses which were already paid for and I had an appointment. I had to wait 30 mins just to collect! There needs to be a different process. There were two people on the front desk and it really would not have taken much for them to just get my frames out for the cupboard. I had an appointment elsewhere and missed it due to the time I was collecting my new frames. The process needs to be looked at it?s quite frustrating and put me off.

We have used other branches of Specsavers and prefer this particular one. It?s light, airy, welcoming and staff are very friendly and extremely efficient. Would highly recommend.

I?ve just picked up my second pair of glasses that I have waited six months for from Rayleigh Specsavers . I have spent six months phoning and going in the store because nobody would get back to me. The dispenser gave me a bottle of glasses cleaner for my trouble!! but no apology.
The Facebook message service and Specsavers online customer chat also couldn?t be bothered to respond. The Specsavers customer service said the directors would get in touch but they haven?t bothered either which seems to be a company policy if you have a problem
I would not recommend Specsavers to anyone.

Excellent service. Optician brilliant. Great help choosing glasses too. First time I've been ro Rayleigh spec savers. Will always use them in future.
