Really great service today kicking myself because I don't remember the names. Friendly, smiley, jovial mood. Really pleasant experience. My door handle fell off so had to get a replacement. I have no idea what I'm doing, really helpful guy with glasses sorted me out a perfect fit and lady with brown hair was throwing out a few jokes and being very warm. Thanks guys, you're doing a great job ?

Online order, collection checked in automatically on arrival and the staff then ignored it for all walk in customers that arrived afterwards. 10 minutes stood at collection desk while people walked up to till and jumped the queue

Incorrect/ misleading/ missing vital information, on their web site.In their branch, I was told to look up the Q&A section to ascertain vital information!?Ref: 3/8" Vs 1/2" WC cistern replacement lever kit.V E R Y P O O R!!!

I can't fault nikki who got me branded over, she did this all on her own and then spoke to me on my next visit and gave me my welcome gifts, on this visit nikki and Lawrence couldn't have been more helpful i will be using this store more and more if this is the kind of customer service you receive

Best to bring a box/bag along with you, if you're picking up a bunch of miscellaneous bits for Bob's job.They'll rummage around but it's the point that they don't have bags or boxes set aside for orders which is inconvient.
