This morning, I had the pleasure of meeting Maria Lane, who works at Santander in Rayleigh. She was extremely welcoming to both my little Jack Russell and me, and provided assistance in a manner that was not only highly professional, but also warm and personable. She responded to my needs as a customer with efficiency, care, and genuine humanity.
Thank you, Maria ? you are a true asset to Santander.

I am not one to leave a review and wish I got her name.
To the lady working at the help desk on friday 23rd august at around 11am thank you so much for all your help.
I had issues with my cards and I couldn't get an answer from online, she helped me and made me feel at ease.
I am in my 20s so not usually one to go into a branch and ask for help but I am so glad I did and I really hope branches stay open for the foreseeable.

Went in here a couple days back to cash in some money. A man helped me and talked me through the process very clearly as it was my first time. Great customer service!

This branch is fully wheelchair accessible the staff are polite and friendly and happy to answer questions and offer advice they didnâ??t do the type of account I needed but when my late mum passed they helped me sort her accounts with no problems much more helpful than other banks on the high street
