Their Deliveroo food service is disgraceful, I?ve received fresh food that should be in waste, bruised, mouldy and inedible. Items missing (alcohol) when the delivery was over an hour late & I had to leave. Ringbell picked up driver leaving bag but charged for all items.

Excellent staff and wonderful manager. Deliveroo left all my shopping at the store. The lovely male manager delivered it to me in his own car and in his own time. What excellent service. Thank you so very much. ??

I buy cat food it was £2?50 then it was £2?35 and now £3?20 this was in Sainsbury's local in Eastwood road Rayleigh Essex now I go to tesco to get cat food and I get more points on Tesco clubcard then I do on nectar card

Was told at the till that the prices displayed were for the next day and was charged more for my items by a rude lady with no uniform at the counter! Nothing more than thievery..... Won't be going back there.

Nice shopping experience, staff very friendly (carried my shopping to my car). Would like a few more organic products, especially eggs, which they used to sell.

Really handy local Sainsbury's. The staff are always pleasant and helpful and you can pretty much get whatever you need from here. Our little go to shop just down the road from us.
