Excellent service from start to finish! Everyone we met while dealing with Rayleigh Flooring Warehouse was helpful and friendly. On their advice, we borrowed some samples and that really helped with our colour choice.Damian and his lads from DMS Wood Flooring did a great job fitting the floor.I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Rayleigh Flooring or Damian and we would definitely use them again.

Didn't use this company for the floor in the end but the lady in the shop let me take a peace of wood home to see how it would look and even when I didn't use them was so nice when I Brought it back. Xxxx

Rayleigh flooringWhat a pleasure it was to deal with Leaann at Rayleigh flooring We went back over and over again getting samples and when I say samples I don?t mean bits the size of a book but a full plank.We had to put the fitting date back three times due to the builders not finishing which they didn?t mind at allIan the floor fitter was so helpfull he came round to measure up properly.And unlike a lot of the big chains he said we didn?t need to totally empty the rooms which meant we didn?t have to disassemble the wardrobes which was a great helpWe removed the skirting as we didn?t want a trim going around all the walls Ian refitted the skirting and even helped us move our furniture back in to the roomsSo over all a pleasant experience

Lee-Anne?s customer service has been fantastic. We were customers of the previous owners and visited the store not realizing the company was now being run by new owners. Unfortunately there were no records of our purchase from 2 years ago. Lee-Anne went above and beyond to help us source the products we had previously purchased. This included responding to pictures of our existing products and a FaceTime call. She couldn?t have been more helpful to us. This is why small local businesses are so important as you get their expertise and product knowledge on hand. Would definitely return for future flooring, and recommend to others.
