Was putting in cash and asked for a lotto ticket. After taking my money, then told me I can't pay for lotto ticket with card. NO SIGN to say a minimum payment. As a small business owner the amount is 3p per transaction, there shouldn't be a minimum.
Should have been told before clearly handing over all my cash!

Post office isnt open at 6am. Been in twice this week at 0750 and 0810 and its shut both times.
Morriston staff are incredibly rude, none of them look interested in being there, awful store.

Friendly service and handy that they are open on Saturday PM after other local post offices are closed.

Staff are awful.
Couldn?t find a letter that had been sent there so I asked them for a phone number of who to call
and they told me to
Google it as it wasn?t their problem.

Went all the way from Leigh on Sea specially to renew driving licence but they wouldn't do it, only one member of staff there I guess. Not many post offices do it so very inconvenient.

FYIAlthough listed as such, this PO has been unable to process driving licence renewals due to broken equipment for a number of weeks.I found out by travelling there and paying for parking that was still valid by the time I got home again.

Why offer a foreign currency exchange if you don't actually provide the service? Went to exchange Canadian dollars to british pounds seeing as they display 10 different currency exchange rates in the window, including Canadian dollar. But was then told they will only exchange euros and US dollars.
