Staff are great. Shop it self needs to be a bit bigger but long as staff and animals are healthy that?s the main thing. Ps start putting your love fish prices online and test water before selling the fish

It?s a shame I have to write this negative review as usually the service is great in Pets at Home however I don?t appreciate the staff passing comments stating my dog can only see out of one eye. It?s the second time I?ve been served by this particular staff member and she isn?t friendly like the other member of staff. Her fur is long and kept out of her face. It has nothing to do with anyone how I keep her fur and many dogs of her breed have their fur long covering their face. My dog runs around and never bumps into anything. Please keep your comments to yourself. The rest of the staff deserve 5*s. Which is why I have given 3*s. As this lady in particular would not have any if I could help it.

Great store, always super helpful. Take our St Bernard there for a groom and they are all amazing with him, really feels like they care about him and he loves doing. Ellie groomed him this month and did a fabulous job which is no mean feat as he gets very grubby and slobbery. Groomers in the past have struggled to get his paws up if he?s not in the mood as they?re pretty heavy and he?s very stubborn but that?s been no problem here. We love it and will definitely keep bringing him back! Thanks ladies ??
