Staff were very friendly and told me I could take a seat if I wanted to while I waited. Very polite. Papa Johns is the only pizza place I would order from. Much better quality and tasty compared to others. Great service & great food

Food took over 2 hours to be delivered, when it arrived half of the food was burnt, other half barely warm. Requested a partial refund via just eat and was given £3 back on a £64 order. Given the ingredients probably cost them about £3, they've made a nice little

It's was all burnt. I know it's a Saturday but come on. The pizza was burnt. I only ate 3 slices as the rest was horrible. Plus the don't put much of the topping on other than cheese. Like 1 pinapple for 5 slices why not call it just plain cheese at that point. Go somewhere else of you want pizza as they just burn your

Stingy on the toppings. Far too expensive to be stingy on toppings. Would at a minimum expect topping on each slice of pizza but some was just cheese and tomato. Disappointed. Lost a customer.
