Went to Bank to reconnect my online banking and Carol at the Rayleigh branch was very helpful and explained everything so easily and is a credit to Natwest.

I have found the staff very helpful. I haven't been in the branch the last few weeks, as I have had covid19. I m recovering, hope to visit the town soon.

Never had a problem here staff are very helpful que can be a bit of a wait but that seems to be like this in any bank

Still only open 10am - 3pm and closed on Saturday which makes it very difficult if your working to get to the branch

Absolutely atrocious the queue is constantly out the door and when you are in there it is like a free for all.The staff couldn't be less helpful if they tried!Having worked in customer service for over 20 years if we treated our customers in the way they do we would have been hauled over the coals.Absolutely disgusting avoid at all costs!

Another drastically understaffed branch. The staff that are here are doing their best to cope. But with only 3 of them and a queue that's going out the door, they must feel constantly under pressure. I'm sure this is not how natwest staff want to work and I know for a fact that this is not how NatWest customers want to bank.

28.06.18 - Some of the staff are very pleasant, where as the female branch manager is a total disgrace. Rude, obnoxious and very defensive. Should try living in the real world and stop acting as if she's head of the corporate world. So above her station. You may think you have power over the staff, but as for customers of NatWest - you have nothing but the air you waste breathing..!
