Visited today - awful, fridges completely empty, the ones that had food in were clearly not working properly as everything felt warm! Lots of food out of date the same day. Horrible alarm sound going off. There is also a manager there who is very rude & sarcastic if you are trying to do click and collect. Feel sorry for the staff working in such conditions & with such a dump of a shop.

A few of the staff try to do a decent job regarding helping customers...but more don't care.
One particular larger male member of staff likes to pull trolleys around trying to crash into customers, bit of an idiot I'm afraid.

My wife and I ordered two bottles of relatively expensive red wine as a birthday gift. She expected it to come in a presentation box (as the advertised offering picture implied). However when the products arrived they were in a "presentation" box which was damaged in transit and covered in the usual delivery labels (non-peelable). We expected this be packaged inside a delivery box in order that the presentation box would be suitable for a gift. There was none! As a result we had to source a suitable gift package elsewhere. Furthermore when M&S sent out their subsequent and now obligatory "How did we do" survey it woudl not permit any critisism of the delivery, It implies that they do not want to understand when their service is not as customers might expect. Lesson learnt. The wine was good the packaging dreadful. If we were to buy such a gift from M&S again we would simply buy it [cheaper] in store and box it ourselves. Shame on M&S.

An excellent store with excellent produce but has lost a star from me since it's gone completely self-check out, causing long queues whilst people struggle with scanning and packing on their own.

Bit of a shambles in here today as lots of the freezers went down yesterday engineers working through the night extra staff in this morning to stack shelves up again, all fresh and or frozen food was taken to the freezer upstairs.

Nice little find. Has quite a lot of choice. There is a small car park but a bigger council controlled parking which is chargeable adjacent to the shop. Quite a large shop with a good range. Staff member seemed a little disgruntled and sarcastic about how the self serve checkouts work.
