Went into store to purchase some testers was met with a rude older lady serving at the tills who had attitude with me. Spoke to me like I was a child and belittling so I walked out. Shame as the rest of the team seemed lovely.

We went in to this store, we don?t know much about paint but the woman was so rude trying to explain to us, the gentleman was nice and helped explain to us why we could do this certain thing, but the woman was just completely rude she was talking to us like we was 5 years old, will never use dulux again!

The staff were really helpful. As you would expect the knowledge of what paint was required for the job did save us a few quid.

I always head here when I need paint. I was told the prices are higher because the paint is 'Trade formula' and far superior. After taking the advice and trying their masonry paint I was astonished at how much better the coverage was. High opacity, meaning I needed less paint and actually covered in a single coat! Their interior ready mixed paint again is far superior. I'm no pro, but with their good advice I've always achieved excellent results by using the correct rollers.Thanks as always for the helpful advice!
