Super Boots!
So helpful in this branch. I often feel uncomfortable in pharmacies as you get the ?Going through passport control? feeling like you?ve done something wrong when you haven?t! However, the crew at this branch on Rayleigh High Street are super lovely! Thanks Boots Pharmacy Rayleigh ?

It?s 2024? There a recession looming and people work in the week? why close the pharmacy at 3:30 on a Saturday??? Why not have a half day Wednesdays? Perhaps return to the 1970?s?

Well that was a delightful experience NOT !I went in to collect a online order.Served by one misrable assistant. No greeting No smile No please No thank you. She couldn't read the Order number on my phone and became obstructive.She was dressed like a tramp, not wearing store uniform and I had to ask her name as she wasn't wearing her name badge.She told me her name was Lucy.

Attended the store today without an appointment regard an urgent issue. The store staff were so helpful and I was able to see Mr Mahaz in minutes (between appointment) who resolve my problem within minutes.
