Andy Green was our delivery driver with assistant Yannilk (apologies if the spelling is wrong). They were very friendly, polite and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond helping us get our mattress into our room of choice. We had a brilliant experience both in store and delivery and would thoroughly recommend Bensons.

Where do I start , what an absolute cowboy of a company!! Will not rectify issues found with mattress, advised it is dipping so much you roll into the middle and it?s causing horrific back pain, I have stuck to their rules rotating it as and when all the bells and whistle and it?s still the most uncomfortable mattress to sleep on.
They send technicians round to check who then side with bensons and I get told basically tough . They don?t have a proper complaints department just customer service which is appalling. They?ve taken £1,200 of my money and now I?m left with a bed I can?t sleep on with medical conditions.
Avoid at all costs as if you have a problem they aren?t going to do anything about it.

Came into your store at Rayleigh Essex, what a refreshing experience, your sale assistant Vicky was polite informative and credit to your company. Felt at ease due to the knowledge and experience she showed helping us to buy the right product for our needs. I?ve already recommended to a friend.

This is a review of the store, not the product as I have yet to take delivery. Staff at the Rayleigh branch were friendly enough and the store was well laid out with a good selection of products over two floors. My gripe is with their policy that if you?re not happy they will exchange the bed but only in the first 40 days! Plus there are charges involved in many cases. This is poor compared to the completion who offer 100+ days to exchange your mattress. Time to update your policy!!!

Although didn't look big, from the outside - once inside there was plenty of choice. The Manager ( Vicky) wasn't pushy - but was attentive enough to be pleasing to deal with. Very well educated on her product knowledge and helped us make the right decision. Great shopping experience.

Everything very smooth from start to finish. Delivery men were very polite, text messages and phone call before delivery, arrived when they said they would. Nothing was too much trouble

Had a new bed delivered, nice courteous drivers, but left the bed, base and headboard wrapped in plastic and cardbiard and went to go, I asked them to assemble and put mattress and headboard on, as I?m am an 80 year old disabled woman and no way could I do it. I was told I had not paid for assembly at £40; extra. I paid £100 for old bed to be removed, but got a refund when I found the council only charge £22. When I called to ask about the assembly fee I was told I had refused it, no way would I have done this being disabled. I find these fees a rip off and was that why I giota 20% discount.which was probably the same amount as extra charges. I did however get a very nice mattress protector and care kit free and am satisfied with the bed.
