I will never donate anything to this shop again, they were so unappreciative.!!!! I rang them to ask if they were accepting donations as I had quite a lot of mixed items including clothing ornaments etc, they started asking if I was a tax payer…(which is none of their business) they did accept in the end so I took... read full comment

Bit of an attitude after they asked for Gift Aid and i told them i don't work. Told me was only accepting donation from gift aiders but still took my donation with a frown.
I could have donated elsewhere or giving away on freebay. Won't be back

Very rude staff, wouldn’t take my donation because it was 4pm which was ‘way too late in the day’ even though they close at 5pm. Ended up taking my donation to Fair Havens in Hockley who were very appreciative.
