Hi. Rayleigh people .please shop in a way so that you need not meet the asda pepple because they will not bother you. I shop on 29 June and I didnot ask receipt from the machine. Then the salesman treated me such a way that I just want to still the product. She could print the last transaction , but she told me to pay again. And I did. I went on 1 st July Karen told we have one transaction.even I showed two transactions on my bank she told me come on 3 July. - I think she did not check and lied. Today I went and one salesman told me that I got one transaction I checked. She didnot check and lied. Once I showed the bank transaction then they gave a gift card . I am very disappointed as they didn?t value my time

Staff can be rude. The management couldn?t care less and simple thing like the bread cutter doesn?t work and won?t be replaced. What?s the point of an in store bakery??
Go to Sainsbury?s or any other store that cares!

Just a regular supermarket, does the job you need to do, no issues, sometimes shelves are under stocked and staff sometimes distracted.

Never seen a store like it just empty shelves, no fresh salad just empty and only 9.30 am no staff, and what staff there is just look miserable very disappointed won't be going back in a hurry.

Prices increased a lot, can get all products same price or cheaper elsewhere. Does not have selection that it used to. Did not have products that I went for.

Went into shop this morning usual Friday morning shop, offer 2 boxes of sweets with coupon reduced from £9 to £5, what a con, purchased charged £9 went to customer service only to be told the coupon apps not working!!!!!!! Despite being a loyal customer.
