Slow service. To eat in or take away seems like your orders are pushed to the back so they can focus on takeaway orders mainly.
All the delivery drivers seem to go in barging their way through rudely so the atmosphere isn't a nice place to actually want to go into and eat.
The place is hectic and not set out right for a place to eat in.
We decided to take away in the end.

Ordered one pot of porridge on App. Queued for ages just to get to order point. Then get told, sorry we don't have any porridge! Nothing saying this on App or order point. Cannot get out of queue so another 10 minutes wasted. Pure incompetence! I was told they have a maximum wait time from order point to collection point of only about 140 seconds. Perhaps they need telling.

Everything is fine, the only problem I have is the waiting time at the drive through. It takes way too long than it should. Almost defeats the whole point of fast food. Other than that, the staff are nice and the restaurant itself is clean. Food is always well made, tasty and fresh. I guess that's why it takes so long?

The busiest restaurants I've been so far, too long to wait. I really thought of leaving before getting my order. When we received our order, things were missing and we had to go back to ask for them. Hopefully you will do better next time
