Car wash was not working and they refused to give me my money back. Very rude, accused me of not paying, even though I had proof on my credit card. The proof showed that although the machine charge 7.99 it came out as 9.99. The customer service representative was incredibly rude and will be reporting them further.

The guy doing the night shift last night was absolutely taking the mic at my mum.She come in to post a parcel, she was told the scanner was charging but he proceeded to scan other people?s parcels who come in after. My mum was left waiting, feeling intimidated and when she asked again he told her the scanner was charging!!!!!! Clearly this arrogant stupid person was playing weird games!!!! absolutely livid and will never ever set foot in this petrol station again!!!! Awful customer service!!
