Absolutely shocking orders delivery called after 1 hour told it was out in car rang back 30 minutes later told it was for collection absolutely disgusting why not call me as not picked up

Ordered this via JustEat on New Year’s Day.
Spent £53 on a takeaway and didn’t even receive it.
Driver lied about even attending (even though we have CCTV all over the property) struggled to provide proof.
Refused a refund even though we have said not received not even offered to give the order...
