I asked for a shoulder length bob and even brought in a picture but I had my long hair cut up to my ears. I asked for it to be all one length but it is clearly shorter at the back and longer at the front. It looks dreadful and I am devastated as it's just before all the Christmas celebrations. It literally is the worst cut I have ever had and it will take me a very long time to grow out. It is about 2-3 inches shorter than I wanted. I wouldn't recommend for anything other than a trim. :(Service: Hairstyling

This is my regular hairdresser and beauty parlour. I have been coming here since it started, years ago. They have always been so kind, friendly and efficient.
