Always find the staff polite and cheerful. They are always busy loading shelves and changing things around. But always available if you need help. Glad and lucky to have it on Maldon High St.

Blast from the past going into WH Smith. Good selection of everything you would expect. Staff really Unhelpful though watching people struggle at self service and doing everything possible to ignor them. Unfortunately very clear why this British high street staple is about to dissappear from the high street.

Horrible shopping experience and very limited range of books. Staff completely lacking in knowledge and seemed unwilling or unable to order a book at my request. I also do not appreciate being given unwanted vouchers or offered half price water.
