When hiring a item, you are billed from the beginning of the day of drop-off, regardless of what time the item is actually dropped off.
In my case the item didn't arrive until 13:24.
Likewise, when you notify Travis Perkins for hire item collection, you pay for the full day of the day you let them know the item is ready for collection.
In both cases, communication for the drop off and pick up timings was non-existent prior to me chasing via phone.

The staff were really helpful and polite. The delivery was on time and the driver was left the goods where I wanted them. Great service and a reasonable price.
