i had gifted to me a spa voucher and I booked in for today a 45 minute anti stress back facial. my god was it good!! such a calming relaxed environment and I came out feeling a million dollars. Sian made me feel very welcome and was a really lovely visit. will definatley be booking up for more! thank you x

My daughter and I had pedicures yesterday and it was lovely. Staff were so kind and friendly and the treatment was amazing. My feet looked great and feel lovely. Price was reasonable especially compared to other local shops offering the same treatment. Will definitely be rebooking.Service: Pedicure

I booked a full body massage with TKO the Spa. Right before I started my new job - From the start, the experience was amazing! The atmosphere was lovely and so was Taylor who did the massage for me! I would highly recommend the service to anyone thinking of getting a massage.I also frequently get my brows laminated and lashes lifted here and I always come out with amazing results! The girls are so chatty and lovely in there and make you feel very welcome!! I feel that my demands are always met and listened to!!Services: Lash lift

I feel awful writing this review but having just read a review from someone else who seems to have had the same treatment on the same day as me and an almost mirror experience, I really feel that I this needs to be addressed. The service I received was polite but completely impersonal, no introduction or enquiry about my skin type, no offer of anything but water and it was just by chance that I said goodbye as the therapist was cleaning up as I went past. This was actually a birthday treat for me which I had purchased for myself (I hadn?t mentioned this) and I was expecting a great experience so had asked for some vouchers as a birthday gift for another treatment at this spa. I really wish I hadn?t now because I wouldn?t return if it wasn?t for now having £50 to spend with them. Maybe the therapist was having a very bad day and if so I really feel awful, but if it?s just a case that more training is needed then the management need to know so that they can support before they receive any more bad feedback. I tried to call this morning I got about this but there was no answer.

Really hate writing poor review but unable to contact Spa direct in writing. Booked facial for two.Was a really bad experience.1. Beautician never introduced herself2. Never asked about skin type - facial required3. Actual facial was pleasant? but when a face mask was put on the beautician did nothing. Had been told small head massage would be part of half hour treatment but this did not happen. Assumed, wrongly, it would be done whilst mask applied?4. So it?s October and then ?We wish you a merry Christmas? is played continuously on a loop. Blood boiling instead of relaxing. Mentioned this and it was sorted but not til had spoilt the atmosphere.5. Suddenly told treatment finished. No , how was it?? Offered water other than that Nothing.6. When I left had a lot of dead skin on face which I then had to cleanse off7. Was barely 30 minutes for myself , as late starting and I was out 6 mins after finish, having changed and had drink.8 The only plus was it?s a pleasant treatment room.It maybe the other services offered are excellent but certainly could not recommend the facial treatment.Feel mean writing this but my friend was in real need of a lovely treat and for £60 she did not get it. We certainly would never return sadly.

After years of pain and stress, and with only two weeks until my wedding I thought I'd treat myself to a massage and facial at The Spa. All of the staff are very friendly and professional, and a huge thanks to Sian; thanks to her my legs and back feel the best they have in at least 10 years! Thoroughly recommend :)Service: Massage

I have just come back from a lovely massage at the Spa, the staff were so helpful and friendly. When I turned up my sons nursery called to say he was unwell. I had to leave my appointment, the receptionist said she would let me rearrange my appointment with my vouchers even though they were due to expire, I managed to get back to the spa and have just half an hour rather than an hour. It was really worth it!! thank you ladies for all your help today its one of those day you just want to cry and curl up into a ball.
