Thanks to a birthday gift I tried out Tao recently. I booked in for the new Tree of Life treatment and the Five Element Foot Ritual from Tao's signature selection. I came away feeling a beautiful blend of relaxed yet energised and so connected to my body, it felt so refreshed. Will definitely be returning for this combination in future. Overall an absolutely amazing experience here, so friendly, lovely atmosphere and super relaxing!

Always come here for a bamboo massage. I weight training very often so need my muscles 'untied' for performance. Always a good job, ensuring I'm ready for heavy lifting again. Definitely recommend.

Very easy to book, great list of treatments on their website. Friendly staff. Lovely building and the inside is extremely relaxing with the aroma and light music playing whilst you wait for your treatment. Himalayan Salt hot stone massage was absolutely superb and expertly done. Cannot wait to revisit!
