I?m so pleased that I had my eye test at Specsavers Maldon. I received a warm welcome, all the staff were friendly and helpful. The eye test was efficient and quick. I received good clear advice on my options. I compare this to my last test at Specsavers Southend (a much larger branch) that felt like a sausage factory with many customers waiting. The staff seemed understandably unhappy and overworked.

Had an eye condition that needed assessing. Was attended to immediately, tested, diagnosed an an emergency referral to hospital was made. Excellent friendly, caring and efficient service from all of the staff who attended to me.

Having been a client with other local opticians and in the past applied reluctance to attend Specsavers I eventually went a few years ago and delighted that I made the transition.
