Very standard pets at home. Good amount of products available but not always able to find what I'm looking for. Staff are approachable but often busy (e.g when I want to buy fish, have to wait around for a while). The on site vets were also good the one time I used them (check up and vaccinations for foster dog)
Pets at home as a whole company sell some products i know to be possibly dangerous for the animals they sell them for, so I'll not give a full 5 stars.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you have a question, I normally ask about my fish. There is someone who is knowledgeable.

Nice helpful staff, always ready to help if you can't find something. A good array of products. I use this store mainly for my dogs, they always have they're specific food in stock.

Great service ordered in the morning for collection. Email to say ready they brought it to my car and the staff were lovely and friendly couldn't ask for more

Piss up and brewery spring to mind.
Went to collect my online order to be told it was not in despite the email stating it would be there ?by Wednesday? (this was Wednesday 12.15pm). Told to go home 16 miles and wait for email to say it was in.
Waited until 6pm then went on online chat who told me that my order was in store and was there when I went In earlier. ?It will be looked into?.
Avoid.
