Old Ironworks Gym offers a huge selection of Free Weights and machines for all your training needs. Our large matted area is used for boxing and personal training as well as classes. The wide range of cardio equipment is available to all members. The gym also has a Café serving healthy hot food all day. Tea and coffee is Free to all members. Everyone is welcome at Maldon's friendliest gym.
