Its so nice to shop at a local retailer rather than a multi chain shop. We received a great deal on our new bed, and bought the headboard and matress protector too.Delivery in under a week and old school customer service. Free parking at the back of the shop. I cannot stress how happy we are with the great service. SHOP LOCAL, YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID ???

Second time we have bought a mattress at the shop in Hadleigh. The lady who served us both times is very knowledgeable, friendly and no pushy sales stuff. We are pleasrd with our purchases. Also the shop does interest free credit which is very helpful. I would recommend.

Visited Essex Beds Maldon last month.Met a very knowledgeable and friendly assistant, Mandy,who talked us through the many choices. We placed an order and it was delivered inside the three week time frame.

I needed a new mattress for a bed frame and you can't go wrong with Essex beds. The assistant was friendly and the service was quick. I think I had bought the mattress and arranged delivery and was out of the store in about 5 minutes. They can deliver quickly and take the old mattress away. I dont live in Maldon anymore but my parents do and we have been well served by Essex beds over the years. I wish they were nearer to where I live as you do get a great service from them.

Many thanks wonderful service, friendly, kind and understanding staff. Needed a bed delivered urgently for my elderly mother. The bed was delivered next day as promised, other places could not deliver for a 3/4 days because of our location. Thank you again.
